Course fees are 100% refundable if Direct Loss Control Services is notified in writing at least fourteen (14)
days prior to the start date of the course.

Course fees are 50% refundable if Direct Loss Control Services is notified in writing at least
seven (7) days prior to the start date of the course.

No refund is available within six (6) days of the start date of the course.
|
|
Direct Loss Control Services may at its own discretion allow for the student to enroll in another
class if room is available and apply previous monies paid and not refunded to be applied to the cost
of a future course within the next six (6) months. Proof of previous payments are the responsibility
of the student and must be presented in writing in order to be applied towards future tuitions.

Courses are not transferable to any other person and attendees must match registration roll information.
|
|
In the rare event that Direct Loss Control Services has to cancel a course,
it will do so within ten (10) days prior to the start date of the course and give full refunds,
credits towards future classes or reschedule the class at a later date.
